It was a crowded auditorium yesterday at Norris Conference Center in San Antonio as over 500 attended our “Vision Sunday”.  Herve Fleurant was the host, and we heard an encouraging presentation that revolved around seven pillars of church building at Mission Point.
Jacob Garcia introduced things with a report from the board.  We now have 514 members total (San Antonio and New Braunfels).  Last year we took up a special contribution of $157,000.  Plans for this year’s regular and special contributions will be announced soon.

We then covered the “Seven Pillars.”  These are to be a focus for the church in the future, and the goal is to hire people in the future who will focus on these seven needs in the church.  The speakers included…

4 – Tom and Lori Ziegler – Family

5 – Juan and Laura Aguilar – Shepherding

NOTE: This Sunday the New Braunfels members will be either at A. the Marriage Retreat, B. worshiping again at Norris, or C. at the Campus service in San Marcos. We will all be back together at our usual location (Comal Creek Elementary School in New Braunfels) on Sunday Feb 23.
