William Eugene-Onyejiaka has been serving as one of the student interns at Texas State since the Fall semester and will graduate this May. After he graduates, he will depart to Philadelphia to begin his participation in Chance Of A Lifetime, a 15-month program in our fellowship of churches for young adults looking to explore how they can serve the Kingdom.

The journey consists of three phases of serving in ministries:

  • Phase I: 3 months of leadership training as a member of camp Hope for Kids’ full-time summer staff (Philadelphia, PA)
  • Phase II: 9 months of serving in ministries like youth, campus, and young professionals, alongside a cohort of fellow leaders (University of Florida in Gainesville, FL)
  • Phase III: 3-month international missionary experience

Most of the funding for William’s participation in COAL is covered, but he must raise $5,000 to cover the rest of the program’s expenses by May 27. If you are able to assist in helping him reach this goal, you can make a tax-deductible donation via the GiveButter website linked.

verse of the month

“I am convinced and confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will continue to perfect and complete it until the day of Christ Jesus at the time of His return.”
